As part of the TCS Experiential Learning Friday, Grade 9 students participated in an inspiring and creative Dramatic Expression class. The course blended drama techniques with practical communication skills, helping students build confidence and express themselves effectively and creatively.
The session kicked off with drama warm-up activities, such as onomatopoeia relays and rhythm games, designed to break the ice and foster a collaborative atmosphere. Students practiced structuring their ideas logically and learned how to make their messages more engaging using storytelling techniques. They also explored non-verbal communication, including body language and facial expressions, to enhance their delivery.
To top it off, the teacher shared practical tips for overcoming stage fright, equipping students with the skills to present confidently in front of an audience!
