💡 How can mindfulness help students navigate challenges with confidence and empathy?
At TCS, mindfulness is one of our core competencies, helping students cultivate self-awareness, emotional resilience, and social connection. Through mindfulness practices, they develop compassion, empathy, and self-regulation, leading to greater well-being and stronger relationships.
Last Friday, we welcomed mindfulness expert Mr. Chang, who led an engaging workshop filled with interactive games, discussions, and hands-on activities to help students apply mindfulness in daily life.
